- | Degree / Higher Diploma graduate

- | 2 years or above customer service experience in front desk operation

- | Experience in hospitality, airline or retail background is an advantage

- | Self-initiative, cheerful, detail-oriented with good communication skills

- | Customer-focused, dynamics, flexible and sense of responsibilities

- | Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

- | Good communication of both English and Putonghua
