Liaise with overseas buyers and suppliers on orders arrangement

Follow up sales orders from sample development to bulk production

Responsible for price negotiation, lab testing and tracking order schedules

Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing, delivery scheduling and quality issues

Maintain the information in the system and assist in preparing buying trips

Higher Diploma / Diploma holder

2 years or above experience in merchandising coordination

Experience in hardgoods for EEC market will be a great advantage

Meticulous, energetic, team player and sense of responsibilities

Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin

Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Immediate available would be an advantage
