Handle all leasing coordination including tenant management and leasing enquiries

Responsible for new lettings & renewal, tenancy negotiation and rental reviews

Maintain good business relationship with tenants, agents and property managers

Liaise with contractors on maintenance & renovation projects and follow up quotation

Conduct periodical market research & analysis and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Higher Diploma or above in Property or related disciplines

4-5 years property leasing experience for residential portfolio

Experience in property maintenance and renovation is highly preferred

Familiar with tenancy ordinance, leasing procedures and related regulations

Self-motivated, energetic with good negotiation and communication skills

Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
