Assist Marketing Manager on business operation and marketing support

Liaise with Japan head office and vendors on marketing activities arrangement

Responsible for preparing marketing material, business contracts and reports

Perform translation duties from Japanese to English & Chinese or vice versa

Assist in the execution of marketing functions and ad hoc duties as assigned

Degree / Associate Degree holder with JLPT Level N1

1 year or above experience in marketing and administrative support

Solid experience in translation, preferably in Japanese company

Detail-minded, energetic, cheerful, self-initiative and good team player

Good command of English and Japanese, Mandarin will be an asset

Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, Japanese & Chinese WP

Immediate available is a definite advantage
