Provide excellent and consistent level services to guests and members

Interact and serve guests in a gracious manner to build customer loyalty

Responsible for premium services reservation and appointments scheduling

Resolve issues and escalations by working closely with internal & external parties

Maintain efficient customer database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Degree / Associate Degree holder

3 years or above experience in customer service and front desk support

Previous experience in hospitality or aviation industry is highly preferred

Experience in fitness/wellness center or club house would also be considered

Self-motivated, flexible, energetic, service-oriented with pleasant personality

Good command of English & Cantonese and fair in spoken Mandarin

Less experience will also be considered as Customer Service Associate
