Provide one-stop comprehensive and quality services for the daily smooth operation

Ensure all interactions and enquiries are handled in a professional & tactful manner

Maximize customer service quality by maintaining good relationship with guests

Work closely with internal departments and external parties on resolving complaints

Provide support on transportation arrangement and facilities booking management

Higher Diploma graduate or above

2-5 years relevant working experience in guest services support

Solid experience front desk operation, preferably in hotels

Experience in airlines or prestigious clubhouse will also be considered

Customer-focused, dynamics, self-initiative with pleasant personality

Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

Fresh degree holders are also considered as Assistant Officer
