Handle all leasing matters and property management for residential portfolio

Responsible for new letting & renewal and tenancy documents preparation

Maintain good relationship with tenants, potential clients and property agents

Liaise with internal departments and external parties on property management

Perform leasing related duties including lease negotiation and rental forecast

Higher Diploma or above in Property related disciplines

4-5 years relevant experience in property leasing and management

Solid experience in residential property, preferably in property company

Well-versed in HK leasing practice, tenancy law and related regulations

Result-driven, energetic, self-motivated with good communication skills

Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Chinese WP

Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin

Immediate available would be an advantage
