- | Higher Diploma or above in Property related disciplines
|
- | 4-5 years relevant experience in property leasing and management
|
- | Solid experience in residential property, preferably in property company
|
- | Well-versed in HK leasing practice, tenancy law and related regulations
|
- | Result-driven, energetic, self-motivated with good communication skills
|
- | Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Chinese WP
|
- | Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
|
- | Immediate available would be an advantage
