Provide support on airfreight coordination with overseas customers and vendors

Handle full set of I/E documents including L/C terms checking and C/O application

Communicate with 3PL providers on shipment scheduling and stock arrangement

Keep track of the shipment booking schedules and status to ensure prompt delivery

Resolve logistics operation issues and prepare analysis reports in a regular basis

Maintain shipment database in SAP system and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Associate Degree or above, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain

4-6 years solid shipping experience with focus on airfreight operation

Experience in full set of I/E documents including L/C and C/O processing

Prior exposure in Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka markets is required

Self-initiative, efficient with good interpersonal and problem solving skills

Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and knowledge of SAP

Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
