Provide support on valuation for deal transactions and financial reporting

Handle intangible assets and price allocation which under HKFRS, IFRS and US GAAP

Assist in providing financial modelling and M&A advisory for business consulting projects

Responsible for data collection & market research and preparing business proposal

Participate in producing and analyzing financial model and business information

Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with CPA student member

2 years or above experience in business valuation and advisory

Previous experience in M&A and financial instrument valuations

Prior experience in Big 4 / 2nd tier CPA or business consultancy firm

Familiar with financial modelling and business performance analysis

Native in Cantonese and good command of English & Putonghua

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good analytical skills

Immediate available would be an advantage
