- | Higher Diploma holder or above

- | 2-5 years relevant working experience in customer service support

- | Solid experience in front desk operation with hospitality background

- | Experience in hotline service or other servicing industries are welcome

- | Self-motivated, energetic, service-oriented with pleasant personality

- | Flexible, team player, detail-minded and sense of responsibilities

- | Good communication of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
