Implement the residential leasing strategies to maximize rental and profits

Handle all leasing coordination including tenant management and leasing enquiries

Responsible for new lettings & renewal, tenancy negotiation and rental reviews

Maintain strong business relationship with tenants, agents and property managers

Provide support on leasing documentations, takeover and handover of premises

Conduct periodical market research & analysis and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Degree / Higher Diploma, preferably in Property or Hotel Management

5-7 years solid leasing and sales experience in residential property

Background gained from property or hospitality industry is required

Sound knowledge of relevant statutory requirements and regulations

Result-driven, dynamics, detail-minded with good communication skills

Conversant with computer skills in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
