Sales Support Coordinator

Client

An international trading and distribution company of smart electronic products with innovative design and contemporary functions

Job Description

-   

Responsible for the daily smooth sales operation and orders processing

-   

Handle sales order & delivery coordination with customers and suppliers

-   

Prepare sales documents including quotation, invoice and delivery note

-   

Maintain customers’ database and assist in ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

-   

Degree holder in Business Studies or related disciplines

-   

2-3 years working experience in sales administration support

-   

Experience in preparing sales reports and liaising customers

-   

Self-motivated, team player, cheerful and attention to details

-   

Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook

-   

Good command of both spoken and written English

-   

Immediate available is highly desired
