Assist in managing the front desk operation and handling customers’ enquiries

Follow up instantly with customers regarding to their requests and complaints

Maintain good customer relationship to maximize professional service standard

Support on managing facilities booking and ad hoc marketing activities as assigned

Degree / Higher Diploma graduate

2 years or above customer service experience in supporting front desk

Previous experience in hospitality or aviation industry is highly preferred

Experience in prestigious clubhouse or fitness center are also considered

Customer-oriented, cheerful, dynamics with good communication skills

Enthusiastic, energetic, pleasant personality and positive mindset

Good command of English & Cantonese and conversational Putonghua

Immediate available is highly preferred
