Handle trademark, design and patent applications, office actions and related issues

Assist in drafting legal documentations such as commercial agreements, contracts etc

Provide legal advice to various departments and business units on legal related matters

Tackle Trademark and Design infringement issues with external and internal parties

Undertake administrative work and ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Degree holder or above in Legal Studies or related disciplines

3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in in-house role

Solid experience in Trademark, preferably with knowledge of NDA

Previous experience in law or professional firm will also be considered

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese WP
