Senior Human Resources Manager

A reputable manufacturing company of home automation product which listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange market

Job Description

-   

Deliver strategic human resources and administrative functions for organizational effectiveness

-   

Monitor all-rounded HR related matters including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance evaluation, payroll processing, training & development, staff relations etc

-   

Manage C&B projects including performance management, annual appraisal, salary & bonus review etc

-   

Work closely with Division Heads on the execution of Six Sigma and LEAN Production Management

-   

Perform analysis various data for the implementation of HR & administration planning and budgeting

-   

Review the effectiveness of HR & administration policies and procedures to meet company standard

Requirements

-   

University graduate in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent

-   

13 years or above relevant working experience with 7-8 years as managerial level

-   

Solid experience in manufacturing company with good knowledge of Six Sigma

-   

Knowledge of LEAN Production Management would be a great advantage

-   

Self-motivated, independent, energetic, analytical and able to perform multi-tasks

-   

Well-organized, people-oriented with strong communication and management skills

-   

Proficient in using MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system

-   

Good communication of both spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

-   

Immediate available is a definite advantage
