Provide excellent and consistent level services to guests and members

Interact and serve guests in a gracious manner to build customer loyalty

Responsible for premium services reservation and appointments scheduling

Work closely with internal departments on resolving issues and escalations

Maintain efficient customer database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Higher Diploma / Diploma graduate

3 years or above experience in customer service and front desk support

Previous experience in hospitality or aviation industry is highly preferred

Experience in fitness/wellness center or club house will also be considered

Self-motivated, flexible, customer-oriented with pleasant personality

Good command of English & Cantonese and conversational Putonghua

More experience will be considered as Guest Services Supervisor

Immediate available is highly preferred
