Handle leasing matters including the preparation of offer letter and tenancy agreement

Communicate with tenants and internal departments for new lettings and lease renewal

Administer the tenancy procedures and handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints

Participate in marketing research and data analysis on customer turnover and vacancy

Degree holder in Business or related disciplines

3 years or above leasing experience for commercial portfolio

Experience in preparing tenancy agreements and leasing coordination

Solid experience in property development or management company

Well-organized, dynamics, detail-minded with good communication skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
