Job Description

Provide support on daily smooth operation and clerical duties

Handle documents scanning, sorting, distribution and delivery

-   

Assist in meeting room setup and outdoor work as required

Requirements

-   

DSE graduate or above

-   

1-2 years relevant experience in supporting office operation

-   

Previous experience in sizable company is highly preferred

-   

Detail-minded, flexible, energetic and good team player

-   

Good communication in Cantonese and simple English

-   

Computer knowledge in using Microsoft Office

-   

Immediate available is highly preferred
