- | Manage the daily smooth operation and maintenance practices of building services matters

- | Handle project management of building services and system upgrade project including but not limited to develop scope of work, technical specification, project plan, tendering, site survey and budget control
|
- | Prepare annual & periodic budget and forecast for all expenditures prior to submission for approval
|
- | Carry out regular audit of conditions on building services systems, recommend and implement works to maintain efficiency, reliability and performance of the building
|
- | Propose and implement energy saving measures, sustainability plans and retro-commissioning opportunities
|
- | Coordinate with building teams to implement special projects and retrofit & upkeep technical documents
|
- | Monitor building energy usage, analyze energy data and identify areas for enhancing operating efficiency
|
- | Liaise with internal and external parties for quality management, progress monitoring and risk management
|
- | Identify, evaluate & implement of smart E&M technologies and supervise contractors & their works
