Supply Chain & Logistics Officer

Client

An international trading and manufacturing company of electrical appliance and home automation products with sales offices in Asia Pacific

Job Description

-   

Liaise with overseas sales offices and vendors on orders & logistics arrangement

-   

Provide support on processing the data of Purchase, Sales and Inventory (PSI)

-   

Responsible for the preparation of I/E shipping document and inventory control

-   

Perform stock allocation for overseas sales offices to achieve the business objectives

-   

Coordinate stock replenishment and delivery schedules with overseas 3rd party warehouse

-   

Participate in preparing periodic reports and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

-   

Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain or Logistics Studies

-   

3-4 years experience in logistics and supply chain management

-   

Prior exposure in trading or manufacturing companies is required

-   

Solid experience in I/E documents, PSI, S&OP and inventory control

-   

Initiative, detail-minded, energetic with good interpersonal skills

-   

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and advanced level of Excel

-   

Good communication of both English and Mandarin

-   

Immediate available is highly preferred
