Manage the operation of e-Commerce platforms, including online store, HKTV Mall, Shopee etc

Assist in monitoring digital channels and web store for driving business growth and company goals

Maintain e-Commerce platform with assortment planning, new product launch and price setting

Lead a small team on order fulfilment cycle, inventory management and promotion execution

Acquire insights in digital business and marketing trends to enhance customer engagement

Prepare regular reports and conduct analysis on online sales campaigns to drive implications

Higher Diploma holder in e-Commerce or Marketing related disciplines

4-6 years experience in managing marketplace and eCommerce business

Familiar with Shopify system, eCommerce operation and social media functions

Self-initiative, enthusiastic, detail-minded with good communication skills

Proactive, well-organized, energetic and strong sense of responsibilities

Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and knowledge of digital tools
