Assistant HR Manager

An international group engaging in the development of home decoration, lifestyle and entertainment products for worldwide market.

Job Description

-   

Report to Group HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and plans

-   

Craft organization-wide strategies, policies and objectives with HR Managers of different locations

-   

Responsible for the preparation of various HR reports with analysis and HR data generation

-   

Support on the development and implementation of HR policies that comply with business objectives

-   

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract & retain top talent and employer branding

-   

Assist in reviewing the procedures of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, C&B, training and development, and HR operations in different locations

Requirements

-   

Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

-   

A minimum of 10 years HR experience with at least 5 years in supervisory level

-   

Sound knowledge of HR and regulatory requirements of HK/PRC or Thailand

-   

Background gained from trading or manufacturing industry is highly preferred

-   

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & strong in data analysis

-   

Able to effectively lead and inspire a team with good people management skills

-   

Proficient in using MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system

-   

Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

-   

Immediate available would be an advantage
