- | Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
|
- | A minimum of 10 years HR experience with at least 5 years in supervisory level
|
- | Sound knowledge of HR and regulatory requirements of HK/PRC or Thailand
|
- | Background gained from trading or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
|
- | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & strong in data analysis
|
- | Able to effectively lead and inspire a team with good people management skills
|
- | Proficient in using MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system
|
- | Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
|
- | Immediate available would be an advantage
