Responsible for the daily smooth sales operation and orders processing

Handle sales order & delivery coordination with customers and suppliers

Provide support on preparing quotation, sales invoice and delivery documents

Maintain customers’ database and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

University graduate in Business related disciplines

1 year or above working experience as sales operation support

Experience in order processing, preferably in trading industry

Detail-oriented, energetic, flexible with cheerful personality

Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook

Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
