Human Resources Officer

Client

A leading group of companies engaging in the development of home appliance and small electrical goods

Job Description

-   

Provide HR support on different aspects on recruitment, employee relations and C&B

-   

Handle recruitment functions from screening CVs, conducting interview to offer processing

-   

Responsible for onboard arrangement, new hires orientation and exit interview

-   

Maintain HR information in HRIS system and prepare periodical reports for management

-   

Assist in final payment calculation, performance management and annual appraisals

-   

Coordinate company functions & staff engagement activities and perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

-   

Degree / Higher Diploma in HR Management or equivalent

-   

3-4 years relevant working experience in human resources support

-   

Solid experience in recruitment process, preferably in sizable companies

-   

Well-organized, energetic, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills

-   

Ambitious, self-motivated, team player and sense of responsibilities

-   

Familiar with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and HR system

-   

Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

-   

Immediate available is highly preferred
