Provide support on shipment coordination with overseas clients and vendors

Handle full set of I/E documents including L/C checking and C/O application

Liaise with 3PL forwarders on shipment coordination and cost negotiation

Prepare shipment schedules & monthly reports and maintain SAP system

Responsible for tracking the shipment status to ensure timely delivery

Degree / Associate Degree holder

4-5 years shipping experience and full set of I/E documents

Solid experience in sea freight arrangement and L/C processing

Experience in multinational trading or manufacturing company

Well-organized, cheerful, self-initiative and sense of responsibilities

Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
