Coordinate with forwarders on logistics and shipment arrangement

Handle import shipment arrangement and Tradelink declaration

Liaise with overseas suppliers on shipment schedule coordination

Maintain SAP system and perform local logistics arrangement

Higher Diploma / Diploma graduate

4 years or above relevant experience in trading or manufacturer

Familiar with Tradelink declaration and import shipment arrangement

Experience in handing I/E documents and local delivery coordination  

Computer literate in MS Word, Excel (Vlookup), SAP system is preferred

Well-organized, team player, energetic with good communication skills

Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

Immediate available would be an advantage
