Oversee the daily smooth operation of sales order management and supply chain

Manage customer service team on sales administration support and logistics operation

Work closely with customers on demand & supply planning and order requirements

Liaise with German HQ and overseas clients on sales order and production requirements

Ensure the proper process in place of inventory, logistics and goods return management

Responsible for preparing performance report to evaluate KPI and customer service standard

Degree holder of Business Studies or Supply Chain Management

9-10 years sales administration experience with 3-4 years as managerial role

Solid experience in customer relation management and supply chain operation

Background from multinational trading or manufacturing company is required

Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with SAP knowledge

Result-driven, efficient, detail-minded, resourceful with good interpersonal skills

Strong communication of both spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
