Senior Administrative Officer / Administrative Officer

Client

A multinational trading and distribution group managing various brand labels of home accessories, furnishing and entertainment products

Job Description

-   

Perform full spectrum of office administration duties such as office supplies procurement and replenishment, equipment and facilities maintenance and vendor coordination

-   

Responsible for license & insurance renewal, office renovation and contract negotiation

-   

Provide logistics support on organizing company functions and employee activities

-   

Preparation of internal memorandum and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

-   

Higher Diploma / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

-   

4-7 years working experience in general office administration support

-   

Solid experience in vendor coordination and office supplies control

-   

Experience in sizable companies, preferably with trading background

-   

Self-motivated, energetic, cheerful with good interpersonal skills

-   

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus

-   

Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

-   

Immediate available is highly preferred
