- | Higher Diploma / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

- | 4-7 years working experience in general office administration support
|
- | Solid experience in vendor coordination and office supplies control
|
- | Experience in sizable companies, preferably with trading background
|
- | Self-motivated, energetic, cheerful with good interpersonal skills
|
- | Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
|
- | Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
