HR & Administration Officer / Assistant (Japanese Speaking)

Client

A Japanese marketing and distribution group managing various labels of skincare and beauty products with regional office in Hong Kong

Job Description

-   

Provide support on daily HR operation and general office administration

-   

Perform C&B duties such as payroll & MPF administration and leave management

-   

Handle expatriate admin including working visa application, rental arrangement etc

-   

Assist in onboard arrangement and organizing company functions & staff activities

-   

Maintain efficient HR database and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

-   

Higher Diploma / Diploma in HR or Business with JLPT N1 / N2

-   

2-3 years working experience in HR and administration support

-   

Previous experience in C&B administration and payroll calculation

-   

Experience in expat administration and Japanese company is preferable

-   

Self-motivated, cheerful, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills

-   

Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Japanese WP

-   

Good command of English & Japanese, Mandarin will be an asset

-   

Fresh graduates in Japanese Studies will also be considered
