Human Resources Officer (Learning & Development)

Client

A leading group engaging in the development of seasonal product and home decoration for worldwide markets

Job Description

-   

Develop and manage Annual Learning Plan based on Corporate direction

-   

Conduct training analysis and produce appropriate recommendation

-   

Accountable for all administrative support for training events or activities

-   

Manage both internal or external trainers and vendors for training matters

-   

Coordinate employee relation programs e.g. X’mas Party, Spring Lunch etc

-   

Participate in Group L&D projects or assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

-   

Degree holder in HR Management or Business Studies

-   

3 years or above experience in learning and development activities

-   

Previous experience in sizable corporations is highly preferred

-   

Self-motivated, team player, detail-minded and sense of responsibilities

-   

Well-organized, energetic, dynamics with good communication skills

-   

Good communication of both spoken and written English

-   

Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-   

Immediate available is a definite advantage
