Customer Relations Executive

Client

A leading business and conference center providing professional services and business solutions for international and local corporations

Job Description

-   

Deliver courteous service support to customers in a timely and tactful manner

-   

Handle the daily front desk operation and respond to customers’ enquiries

-   

Provide support on the reservation of meetings rooms and setup conference

-   

Update customers’ database and perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

-   

Associate Degree or above

-   

2-3 years working experience in customer service role

-   

Experience in hospitality or airlines is highly preferred

-   

Service-oriented, energetic, cheerful and good team player

-   

Familiar with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook

-   

Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin

-   

Immediate available is a great advantage
