Human Resources Officer - Recruitment

Client

A leading trading and distribution company of eyewear and optical products for European and Asian market

Job Description

-   

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from hiring needs, screening resumes, interview, offer negotiation and preparing employment contract

-   

Communicate with line managers for recruitment requirements and performance evaluation

-   

Handle HR operation and projects execution with China offices and internal departments

-   

Responsible for onboard arrangement, working visa applications and ad hoc duties

-   

Maintain and update HR database and implement HR initiatives and solutions

Requirements

-   

University graduate in HR Management or equivalent

-   

4-5 years human resources experience in sizable corporations

-   

Familiar with the whole cycle of recruitment and selection activities

-   

Previous experience in employee relations would be a great advantage

-   

Self-initiative, adaptable, detail-oriented, energetic and good team player

-   

Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-   

Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin

-   

Immediate available is a great advantage
