- | Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
|
- | 3-6 years solid experience in compensation & benefits and payroll calculation
|
- | Experience in sizable corporations, preferably in retail or F&B background
|
- | Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and related legislations
|
- | Self-motivated, energetic, dynamics, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
|
- | Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
|
- | Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and HRIS system
|
- | Immediate available is a definite advantage
