Provide support on full spectrum of C&B programs and payroll calculation

Handle the cycle of payroll processing, final payment and preparing tax return

Responsible for C&B administration, pension contribution and HR reports preparation

Respond to employees’ inquiries & requests and provide appropriate follow up

Maintain HRIS system and participate in ad hoc C&B projects as assigned

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent

3-6 years solid experience in compensation & benefits and payroll calculation

Experience in sizable corporations, preferably in retail or F&B background

Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and related legislations

Self-motivated, energetic, dynamics, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset

Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and HRIS system
