Job Description

-   

Handle guests' enquiries for the reservation of hotel services and facilities

-   

Manage the incoming flow of guests/visitors and phone calls courteously

-   

Responsible for check in & check out processing and facilities arrangement

-   

Provide support on daily front desk operation and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

-   

Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Hospitality or equivalent

-   

1 year guest services experience with hospitality background

-   

Previous experience in front desk operation will also be considered

-   

Cheerful, detail-oriented, dynamics with good interpersonal skills

-   

Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin

-   

Fresh graduates in related disciplines are welcome to apply

Immediate available is highly preferred
