Job Description

-   

Responsible for HR activities focusing on recruitment cycle and benefits administration

-   

Handle recruitment functions from job posting, CV screening, interview to offer confirmation

-   

Provide support on C&B administration such as medical insurance enrollment and claims issues

-   

Handle working visa application & renewal and business trip arrangement for expatriate staff

-   

Liaise with vendors on office supplies procurement & equipment maintenance and license renewal

-   

Organize company functions & employee activities and maintain staff database & leave record

Requirements

-   

University graduate in HR Management or related disciplines

-   

3-5 years human resources experience focusing on recruitment and C&B

-   

Solid experience in general administration and travel arrangement

-   

Attention to details, cheerful, well-organized and sense of responsibilities

-   

Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

-   

Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-   

Immediate available would be an advantage
