Senior Customer Service Manager – Supply Chain

Client

An international manufacturing group engaging in the development of consumer audio and digital products with headquarter in Germany

Job Description

-   

Manage all aspects of supply chain cycle and the effectiveness of sales operation

-   

Handle order fulfillment process including customer liaison and demand & supply planning

-   

Monitor customer service standard and logistics operation to ensure KPI standards are met

-   

Measure accurate sales performance and review goods supply against budget & forecast

-   

Responsible for preparing various reports and managing the performance of the team

-   

Maintain effective communication with headquarter to ensure the daily smooth operation

Requirements

-   

Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain or related disciplines

-   

8-10 years relevant experience with manufacturing background

-   

Experience in supply chain operation and customer relations management

-   

Familiar with order fulfillment cycle, preferably in multinational corporations

-   

Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized with strong communication skills

-   

Well-versed in using Microsoft Office, preferably in SAP system

-   

Proficient in communication of both English and Putonghua

-   

Immediate available is highly preferred
